**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Presales Consulting role.
- Must possess end-to-end implementation experience and a thorough understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Application.
- Must have worked with Sales, Delivery, Infra and Legal teams to prepare response to large RFPs.
- Must be instrumental in development and presentation of end to end solutions for large sales pitch for clients.
- Must have excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for understanding business requirements and proposing appropriate Finance Modules for creating effort estimates, work breakdown structures and resource maps.
- Understand customer needs and create business/technical solution frameworks, RFP/RFI and own the response.
- Responsible for working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions team and Clients to come up with Proposal to be submitted on real-time basis.
- Responsible to work with Solution Architect team to create new offerings or practice.
- Responsible to support Sales related activities such as Proof-of-Concept, proposal presentations, Due-Diligence, solution demo, solution campaigns, participating in workshops, etc.

**PREREQUISITE**:

- Must be flexible for short term travel to client locations across the globe.
- Must be comfortable to work in different time-zones as business needs.
