AVP (JOB NUMBER: MFS000458) **Job Description - Management Support** **Job Title**: **MFS Management Support** **Date**: 09-Jun-22 Department: GSO **Location**: Chennai **Business Line / Function**: MFS **Reports to**: - (Direct)_ Head of MFS & COCE Stream 4 Operations **Grade**: (if applicable) - (Functional)_ **Number of Direct Reports**: NA **Directorship / Registration**: NA **Position Purpose** **Management support** is responsible for the coordination and contribution to all key activities required to support the Head of department in daily operations/ running of the business line. **Responsibilities** **Direct Responsibilities** - Attend stakeholder meetings, record minutes & ensure closure of pending actions - Create, update and maintain a repository of documentations to standardize process and procedures - Design and develop databases for collecting and maintenance of data - Perform data analysis and prepare power point presentations to present the data to stakeholders - Budgeting and forecast headcount including reporting to relevant local/ global teams - Establish, organize & co-ordinate implementation of PMO processes & policies - Maintaining all key documents and provide support in sharing information for local/ global audits - Management KPI dashboard reporting to senior stakeholders - Work on critical aspects of project and management deliverables with a hands-on approach, including communication/follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables - Create and maintain management decks for use of internal/ external management visits - Based on management need from time to time, collect data, create template and perform meaningful analysis of data to arrive at key metrics - Communicate and collaborate effectively with all local/ global stakeholders to achieve key priorities, and implement best practices - Collaborate with Team Managers and business area leads to ensure appropriate resources and uniformity in approach is present in the delivery of action items related to business metrics, training, communication and planning - Utilize a combination of analysis, judgment and insights to help drive business objectives and goals - Support special project requests/ Head of Department in other PMO activities **Contributing Responsibilities** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Preparing presentations and analyzing data - Effectively review, report multiple management priorities while meeting strict deadlines - Independent challenge, quality review and provide recommendations - Provide cross-foundation analytics to senior management - Governance, management reporting **Behavioral Competencies** Key Behavioural aspects - Ability to review data and scenarios and make good decisions in a timely fashion - Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex issues and their implications and provide actionable solutions - Integrity, Ethics and Values - Collaboration and Partnering **Skills Referential Behavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills) Critical thinking Communication skills - oral & written Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving Ability to deliver / Results driven Transversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills) Ability to manage a project Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution Ability to set up relevant performance indicators Analytical Ability Ability to understand, explain and support change Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent Experience Level At least 7 years **Other/Specific Qualifications **(if required) Project management experience (added advantage) **Primary Location**: IN-TN-Chennai **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: OPERATION PROCESSING **Education Level***: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) **Experience Level***: At least 7 years **Schedule**: Full-time
