Pharmaceutical Counter Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about medicines, healthcare products, and other store items.
- Process sales transactions using the billing system or POS machine.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
- Maintain records of daily sales and reconcile cash at the end of shifts.
- Check stock levels at the counter and coordinate with the store manager to replenish items.
- Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock on shelves.
- Monitor expiry dates of medicines and remove expired products.
- Adhere to pharmacy regulations and guidelines for selling medicines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the sales counter and display shelves.
- Follow proper storage procedures for medicines and other products.
- Build a good rapport with regular customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma or certification in pharmacy or healthcare (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in pharmaceutical retail is a plus).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
