As a Staff member at Aroma Chai and Snacks Café, your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Accepting orders from customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing dishes using pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen and customer dining area
- Adhering to the highest quality and ethical standards in all aspects of café operations
- Entering data in the POS system as well as doing manual reconciliation as and when stipulated by Excelsior Treats or **Aroma Foods and Beverages** (franchisor).
- Work with the Aroma Foods and Beverages (franchisor) regularly to provide feedback and understand offers and guidelines for customers
