**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Create tasty, nutritious, and balanced meals suitable for a large group
- Plan menus to avoid repetition and keep meals interesting
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste
- Serve meals on time adhering to quality standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

**Essential Skills & Knowledge**:

- Expertise in cooking traditional South Indian dishes (e.g., idli, dosa, sambar, rasam, uttapam)
- Proficiency in North Indian cuisine (e.g., paneer dishes, dal makhani, roti, pulao, curries)
- Ability to prepare varied and healthy menus suitable for a large workforce
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Efficient time management and multitasking skills

**Working Hours**:
10 hours per day
