Job Description - Showroom Sales Executive

**Duties (Key Responsibilities)**

1. To ensure all ceramic tiles / fittings are presented in a way that appeals to customers _(since this is the first step in making a sale)_.

2. Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Greet and direct customers in a most conducive manner.

4. Provide accurate information to the vendors / clients (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales service, if any).

5. Manage returns of tiles / bathroom fittings.

6. Coordinate with other sales representatives in providing excellent customer service.

7. Inform customers about “New Arrivals’ / discounts / special offers.

8. Provide customer feedback to the Showroom Manager.

9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

10. Clients quotes, presentation, closing orders and sample deliveries.

11. Client data to be filled into Google form.

12. Use good business practices at all times.

13. Other duties as assigned by the Divisional Head.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
