We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Student Counselor to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into admissions and providing comprehensive counseling services to prospective students.

**Responsibilities**

Lead Conversion:

- Reach out to potential students who have expressed interest in our educational programs.
- Engage with leads through phone calls and in-person.
- Provide detailed information about our academic offerings and address inquiries to encourage lead conversion into admissions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the admission process.

Counseling:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and aspirations.
- Assess students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable academic programs.
- Provide guidance on course selection, program requirements, and career opportunities.
- Address students' concerns and queries related to academics, admissions, and program details.

Team Management:

- Work closely with the admissions team to align counseling strategies with admission targets.
- Mentor and train junior counselors to enhance their counseling skills and performance.
- Coordinate and delegate counseling assignments to team members efficiently.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to ensure team growth and development.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar counseling role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholders.

Result-oriented approach with a focus on lead conversion and achieving admission targets.

Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.

Empathetic and patient to address students' concerns and queries.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
