Karate Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Karate lessons to students across various age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental Karate techniques, forms (Kata), sparring (Kumite), and self-defense strategies.
- Foster discipline, respect, focus, and confidence in students through Karate training.
- Promote physical fitness and health through regular practice and exercises.
- Tailor lessons to suit different learning abilities, ensuring that all students can participate and progress.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide feedback on their development in Karate techniques and physical conditioning.
- Encourage teamwork and positive character development through group activities and challenges.
- Organize and supervise Karate demonstrations, competitions, and school events.
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful training environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and any concerns related to behavior or performance.
- Stay up to date with martial arts techniques, safety guidelines, and teaching methods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Black Belt or equivalent rank in Karate (preferably recognized by an accredited martial arts organization).
- Previous experience teaching Karate or other martial arts to students (preferably in a school or youth setting).
- Strong understanding of Karate techniques, philosophy, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Patient, motivational, and positive approach to teaching.
- Knowledge of physical safety practices and first aid.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to integrate Karate training with the development of physical fitness and mental discipline.
- Familiarity with using martial arts equipment, such as punching bags, focus pads, and mats.
- Commitment to promoting respect, perseverance, and personal growth in students.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
