**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content ideas and strategies tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, photos, videos, and animations, that aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- Manage social media content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine content strategies and tactics.
- Experiment with new content formats, trends, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Stay informed about current events, pop culture, and trending topics to leverage timely and relevant content opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and tone.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content decisions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and changes.
