To check for the daily complaints in complaint register of each floor
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting and resolve the issues timely.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Conducting regular system backups.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data and IT systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage the IT budget.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to hospital staff on new technologies and existing system.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance and initiatives to hospital leadership.
- Do preventive maintenance of IT equipments & asset coding.
- Management of CCTV, its functioning & data storage.
