Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management:

- Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Maintain a lead database and follow up regularly.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions through consistent communication.
- Counselling & Communication:

- Understand the needs and concerns of parents.
- Clearly explain the school’s philosophy, curriculum, activities, and admission process.
- Offer guidance and address queries empathetically and professionally.
- Admissions Process:

- Schedule and conduct campus tours and parent meetings.
- Coordinate with the accounts and academic team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, and enrolments.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on admissions status and conversion rates.
- Marketing & Outreach:

- Participate in promotional events, school fairs, and open houses.
- Collaborate with marketing for social media campaigns and lead generation activities.

- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales (Preschool/school experience is a plus)
