**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Answer questions about our products or services.
- Obtain and record customer information accurately in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Flexible to work in shifts if required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
