**Roles and Responsibilities**

Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HT/LT Motors, Power/Distribution/Converter
- Transformers, LV/MV VSDs & Soft Starters, 33kv GIS, Induction/Synch. Generators,
- HT/LT Switchboards, Substation Automation System, Electrical Heaters & Thyristor
- panels, UPS, Battery Chargers, Lighting Inverters etc
- SAP related activities like Equipment data creation, BOM preparation, Spares codification
- & procurement
- Supervise Electrical maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion
- and as per planning
- Mobilize resources for day-to-day electrical maintenance activities
- Carry out LLF as per plan
- Coordinate with Reliability Electrical for technical support and inputs
- Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices
- Spares Management keeping inventory control measures in consideration for equipment
- Maintenance troubleshooting, analysis of Electrical system to avoid repetitive failures
- Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified
- Implementation of recommendations in electrical system
- Work permit management as per the job plan in consultation with process
- Timely adherence to audit schedules
- Audit preparation & timely compliance to audit observations
- Conduct regular performance monitoring and reporting
- Turnaround and shutdown planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution
- Identify & interact with Workshop for repair activities
- Maintain history/ records
- Facilitate Contractor Management
- Maintain integrity of maintenance SAP-PM and SAP-MM data, analysis, and costs - by
- timely and correct data entries and validations
- Facilitate and support minor projects activities
- Ensure that all pending jobs are promptly entered into SAP-PM system
- Accountable for maintaining and maximizing reliability & availability of Electrical
- equipment
- Implement and provide inputs to standardize best practices, group guidelines and LFIs
- for reliability improvement specific to plant electrical equipment
- Identify and Implement energy conservation initiatives
- Carry out Inspection, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety audits
- 100% PM/PDM Compliance for pelleting area electrical equipment’s
- Participate as a Member of different Safety Committees, RCA etc...
- 100% compliance for LOTO procedure
- Planning & achieving defined maintenance KPIs of Elect.- Role:_Other
