Key Responsibilities:
**Business Development**: Identify and engage in new business opportunities across various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.

**Sales Promotion**: Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to potential customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and preferences.

**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

**Deal Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals, ensuring a smooth and seamless execution of the sales process from start to finish.

**Engaging Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique benefits and features of the products/services offered, tailored to the specific needs of potential customers.

**Sales Documentation and Follow-ups**: Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities to convert prospects into loyal customers.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience Fresher or 1-year experience

**Salary**: 15k to 20k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
