- Product Strategy & Vision:_
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy tailored to the healthcare industry, aligning with business goals and user needs.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Define long-term product roadmap based on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and technological advancements.
- Stakeholder Management:_
Work closely with internal stakeholders (including executives, marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and user pain points.
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product delivers value to healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, market need, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Backlog Management:_
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure the timely delivery of product features.
- Agile Development:_
Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure continuous product delivery and improvement.
Continuously refine the product backlog, adjusting priorities based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Product Lifecycle Management:_
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to product launch and post-launch support.
Define key product KPIs and track product performance to ensure the product meets its goals and objectives.
Analyze and report on product performance and user engagement, using insights to guide future product iterations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:_
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly design.
Work with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth execution of features.
Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and compliance with industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications, Product Management certifications preferred.
**Experience**:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the healthcare industry or related fields (e.g., health tech, med tech).
Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex products with a focus on healthcare providers, patients, or healthcare services.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product backlogs.
**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of product management principles, including roadmap development, prioritization, and backlog management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex healthcare problems into clear, actionable product features.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize product performance.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in the context of healthcare and healthcare technologies.
