Csri Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a strategic, visionary and results-driven Executive to lead our organization towards continued growth and operational excellence. The Executive will be responsible for overall financial performance, strategic direction and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader, capable of managing cross-functional teams, making high-stakes decisions, and ensuring organizational sustainability and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans in alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and market trends.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all the level.
- Managing financial forecast, identifying donors, financial planning, and reporting to ensure accountability.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team; foster a strong organizational culture.
- Represent the organization to partners, investors, regulators, clients, and the public.
- Identify new opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the board of directors to establish governance policies and provide regular updates on organizational performance.
- Identify and mitigate organizational risks across financial, operational, and reputational areas.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MSW & MBA relevant master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at the management level.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, organizational growth, and operational leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in industry or sectors - e.g., healthcare, technology, nonprofit.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and uncertainty.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
