**Industry: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewellery**

**Responsibility**:

- Identify store locations for GIVA by working with Malls/Properties on commercial streets and process move-in paperwork
- Maintain a strong closing ratio
- Encourage prospective owners to lease from us by positioning our brand and its offerings in a favourable light and maintaining a great relationship for future expansion
- Set and achieve goals each quarter, motivating the leasing partners on the landlord side

**Leasing Manager qualifications and skills**:

- Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising strongly preferred)
- 1+ years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
