We are looking for a **dynamic and creative Social Media Manager** who is not only well-versed in managing multiple social media platforms but can also **communicate effectively with clients** to understand their brand voice, campaign goals, and expectations.

This role requires someone who can strategize, create, post, and analyze engaging content while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement monthly social media content plans.
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather requirements, update on campaign performance, and manage feedback.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement across platforms.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Handle paid campaigns, boosting posts, and managing ad budgets (optional but preferred).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing business social media accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle client meetings (online/offline) and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Basic knowledge of analytics (Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior agency experience will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic design and video editing tools is a plus.
