**About**

Transerves is a leading debtor (AR) management company having headquarter in Delhi and presence in three major cities of India. We work for top companies in elevator and FMCG industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through Call or field visits to customers address
- Maintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers, adhering to the code of conduct & legal guidelines, in accordance with the SOPs provided by the company
- Start timely field visits in the morning and adhere to regulated timelines of 9.00AM - 7PM, performing the duty with utmost sincerity, dedication & integrity
- Ensure genuine and timely feedback for each case, and update any new customer information to concern manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Ensure that the weekly/monthly collection target is met
- Update the status of payments and raise any on-ground issues to the field collection manager in a timely and cordial manner

**Additional Advantages**
- Person with experience in elevator industry
- Person having experience of dealing with Government offices

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field role (Collection & Customer Dealing)
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collection and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Planning, organizing, and time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks/visits.
- Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
