**Position: Counseling Psychologist**

We are establishing a dedicated platform focused on mental wellness and are looking for professionals who are skilled at contributing their expertise, critical thinking, and collaboration to shape our counseling and mental health services.

As a Counseling Psychologist, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities. This includes actively listening to clients, building trusting relationships, and consistently monitoring their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

Additionally, your expertise will be essential in developing our mental wellness platform through research, content ideation, and addressing the most relevant needs to ensure long-term value for our users.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop engaging and informative content for our mental health platform to foster a community of knowledge exchange among patients and professionals. This may involve sharing recent updates in psychology, addressing current trends, facilitating comprehensive FAQs etc., to maintain our platform as a trusted resource.

2. Develop innovative strategies to enrich our services and enhance patient satisfaction, ensuring their continued engagement with our platform for years to come.

3. Engage with patients to effectively identify their concerns and challenges.

4. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

5. Use digital psychometric assessments to accurately evaluate patients' psychological profiles.

6. Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

7. Generate clear progress reports and charts to track patient's development over time.

8. Provide counseling services for individuals of all ages, addressing a diverse range of psychological issues.

9. Offer both individual and group counseling sessions to accommodate varying preferences and needs.

10. Maintain detailed records of patients' mental health histories to ensure continuity of care.

11. Cultivate supportive relationships built on trust, empathy, and integrity, creating an environment conducive to healing and growth.

12. Preferred familiarity with a network of psychologists/psychiatrists or connections in the field is highly preferred.
