This role is designed for freshers who want to master **data-driven marketing**, campaign operations, and analytics. You’ll learn to create ads, analyze performance metrics, and drive results for real eCommerce brands—all while building a strong foundation in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Advertising**:

- Assist in creating and managing **Google Ads, social media ads, and eCommerce platform campaigns** (Amazon/Flipkart).
- Learn to optimize ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Use **Excel** to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI), and generate actionable insights.
- Create visual dashboards and reports to showcase trends and recommend improvements.

**SEO & Content Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research for SEO and optimize product listings/content for search engines.
- Craft compelling product descriptions and ad copies to boost customer engagement.
- **Campaign Operations**:

- Collaborate with teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback to refine campaigns.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Experiment with A/B testing for landing pages, ads, and product listings to improve performance.

**Analytics Tools**:

- Gain hands-on experience with tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and eCommerce dashboards**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Freshers only** No prior experience required—just a **passion for digital marketing** and eCommerce.
- Basic understanding of **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts) for data analysis.
- Curiosity to learn analytics tools and interpret data to solve problems.
- Creative mindset to write persuasive ad copies and optimize content.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Masters in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a **plus, not a requirement**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
