We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Product Support Intern** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting users and improving product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot issues by replicating scenarios, documenting findings, and escalating to the engineering team when needed.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and updates.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Collect user feedback and report recurring issues or enhancement suggestions.
- Assist in testing product features before releases to ensure quality and usability.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good understanding of software products, basic troubleshooting, and user support concepts.
- Ability to analyze problems, think logically, and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of web/mobile apps and usage flows.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
