**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer for Tradeflock, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visuals for our print and digital publications. You will collaborate with editorial, marketing, and content teams to visually translate editorial content into compelling layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with our brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Layout**: Design magazine spreads, cover pages, feature articles, infographics, advertisements, and other digital assets in line with Tradeflock's branding and style guidelines.
- **Graphic Creation**: Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and icons that complement editorial content and enhance storytelling.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs adhere to Tradeflock's brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and visual appeal across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into the editorial process.
- **Creative Concept Development**: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new design concepts for features, cover stories, and digital content.
- **Ad Design**: Design advertisements for clients and partners while maintaining brand standards and a professional aesthetic.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organized library of design files and assets for quick access and future use.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in publishing or digital media.
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of web design and front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Experience with typography, layout, and print production.
- Knowledge of print and digital file formats and production processes.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong eye for design, typography, and layout with the ability to think creatively and visually communicate concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all design elements are pixel-perfect and aligned with the project vision.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing design work for magazines, digital content, or other similar projects is required.
