Job Description:
Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Senior Sales Coordinator
Industry: Manufacturing - Building Materials (Finishing products such as uPVC windows and doors, paint, sanitary ware, etc.)
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: 3 - 6 Years
Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)

2. Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients
Manage customer inquiries, quotation requests, and follow-ups
Assist in scheduling client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits
Order Management
Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order details and timelines
Monitor order status and resolve any client issues or delivery delays
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated CRM entries, client databases, and order records
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS dashboards
Ensure proper filing of pricing agreements, client communications, and contracts
Proposal & BOQ Support
Support sales team in preparing quotations, BOQ interpretation, and commercial proposals
Collaborate with technical teams for custom product requests
Payment Follow-up & Invoicing
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice generation and tracking
3. Key Skills Required
Skill Requirement
Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills
Coordination Efficient task follow-up, and internal team collaboration
Time Management Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
MS Office Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
CRM Systems Experience with CRM software (preferred)
Industry Knowledge Familiarity with uPVC windows/doors or building materials
Accuracy & Detail Orientation: High level of precision in documentation & reporting
4. Preferred Background
Experience in building construction materials, fenestration, or hardware supply
Understanding of BOQs, quotation preparation, and technical-commercial coordination
Exposure to client handling in residential or commercial projects
5. Compensation & Benefits
