Security & compliance experience (audit readiness, policies, access management). Strong org building, change management, and stakeholder communication (DE/EN). **Nice-to-haves** Experience with data/ML workloads, event-driven architectures, FinOps. Certifications (e.g., AWS Professional; security leadership training).
