**Responsibilities**:

- More than 5 years of engineering experience in automobile, preferably in an auto component field.
- Should have worked mainly in machine shop.
- Hands-on experience of HMC, CNC, VMC, Milling and Bandsaw Machining.
- Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC programming (G-code, CAD/CAM software) and machining techniques.
- Overall production planning as per the schedules.
- Assessing project and resource requirements (Manpower and Tooling)
- New product development resulting company’s growth.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating production teams.
- Focused on achieving production targets and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.
- Monitor production processes as needed to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Proficient in CNC machining software and tools.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools & fixture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹24,999.00 per month
