**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with the Principal in developing and implementing the school's strategic vision, goals, and initiatives.
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Principal and support decision-making processes to advance the school's mission.
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- **Faculty and Staff Development**:
- Support the professional growth and development of faculty and staff through mentoring, coaching, and professional learning opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote collaboration, best practices, and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to faculty and staff to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- **Curriculum Development and Assessment**:
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and department heads to review, revise, and implement curriculum standards and instructional practices.
- Monitor and assess curriculum delivery, instructional strategies, and student outcomes to ensure alignment with educational goals and standards.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement interventions to support student achievement and growth.
- **Student Support and Discipline**:
- Oversee student discipline procedures, ensuring consistency, fairness, and adherence to school policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with counselors, support staff, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support services for students with academic, social, or emotional needs.
- Foster a positive school climate by promoting respectful behavior, empathy, and conflict resolution skills among students.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:
- Build positive relationships with parents, families, and the broader community through effective communication, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and events to promote collaboration, involvement, and support for student learning and development.
- Represent the school at community events, meetings, and forums to promote the school's mission, values, and achievements.
- **Administrative Management**:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, facilities management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate school-wide activities, events, and initiatives to enrich the educational experience and promote school spirit.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Teaching certification and significant teaching experience.
- Previous administrative experience in a school setting, preferably as a department head or assistant principal.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and assessment strategies.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
