**Job Title**: Tele Counsellor - Domestic
**Department**: Call Centre
**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 18
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
**Working Hours**: 10 AM - 7 PM

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education**:
**Experience**:

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- 6 months - 5 years of experience in outbound BPO, telecalling, or telesales preferred
- Minimum 18 years - Maximum 34 years
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) issues (e.g., S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors)
- No RTI (Regional Touch Issue) - e.g., Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha accents

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads
- Convince students to attend a free walk-in seminar
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Engage in meaningful conversations (should be able to speak 3-4 lines on any topic)

**Salary & Benefits:For Freshers**:

- ₹16,000 in hand (₹19,500 CTC)
- Up to ₹21,000 in hand (No PF deduction)

**Other Requirements**:

- Talkative and persuasive personality
- Clear speech and communication skills
- No travel required
