Executive-external Manufacturing

Job Responsibility:

- Monitor and co-ordinate the production plan to achieve productivity targets as per schedule for multiple loan license (LL) & licensing In (P2P) sites.
- Prepare daily production report for all LL and P2P Manufacturing sites.
- Tracking and follow up for timely GRN & Quality release of RM-PM in Merck SAP at CMO end.
- Provide assistance to CMO for production related troubleshoots.
- To raise purchase requisition in Capex for dies-punches, packing and other machines change part & develop/ maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monthly stock adjustment activities (Physical vs SAP stock) for raw material/ packing material for each CMO.
- Approve CMO invoice against PO to Release payment.
- Analyze yield of FP & track RM-PM monthly consumption.
- Calculate monthly production OTIF and report it in salesforce.
- Keeping track on implementation of new MRP.
- Prepare forward cover report (DFC).
- Coordinate with SNO team for delivery of products as per monthly production plans, prioritizing products which are critical for sales.
- Review batch manufacturing online data.
- Dispatch data monitoring
- Track the RM and PM stocks.

**Job Profile, Responsibilities -**
- **Demand forecasting**:

- Ensure and validate sale forecast based on demand variability and contribution sales.
- Provide long term forecast for quarterly / annually budget and long range Planning.
- Monitor improving ratio statistical forecast and perform analysis to finalize consensus forecast with sales and marketing team.
- **Supply coordination and Review**:

- Coordinate with various stake holders for product priorities & ensure availability of RM/PM’s as per supply requirements.
- Coordination with Bussiness and sales team to review and get quarterly and monthly plan.
- Ensuring the Availability of RM/PM and finalizing Monthly Production Plan for Assessment, Execute & Commercial Products with respective sites as per capacity.
- Utilization of maximum capacity in view of production capacity of sites.
- Daily review of site plan for smooth functioning of actual plan.
- **New launch forecast management**:

- Ensure timely new launch of new product.
- Follow up with concern stake holders for expedite product launch.
- Product portfolio evaluation to maintain product strategy for launch requirements.
- Inventory planning & Negotiate and established the contracts with supplier with check quality of service provided.
- Prepare cost effective schedule for supply plan.
- **Customer Service / Inventory management / operations**:

- Ensure target inventory level for all SKU’s & validate future supply plan.
- Highlight risk and provide inputs for prioritization of production plan.
- Monitor of Excess and critical self-life inventory.
- Working on increase efficiency with identifying constraints on running batches.
- Maximum utilization of sources with considering bottleneck capacity.
- Client coordination for delivery of products as per market requirements and schedule dispatches.
- Confirmation of Dispatches within agreed timeline and regular review of open orders and provide updates to Business development team & client’s.
- Prepare MIS for OTIF and performance/compliance report’s of Monthly/Quarterly.
- Monthly billing plan review and finalization of billing plan to achieve target.
- Controlling the inventory of RM/PM to all concern stack holders to ensure smooth execution of production plan.
- Preparation of cost effective and cost saving statements of non moving RM/PM, which are transfer to other location for utilization to other plant.
- Filling change control and Deviations as when required.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
