**Position: Tally Caller**

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**: Make outbound calls to clients or customers. Provide exceptional customer service during calls.

Document and maintain accurate records of all communications. Verify account details and reconcile discrepancies.

Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Update client or customer information in the company's database as needed.

Support other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tally Caller or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Good organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
