**Job Description of Intern - Outreach (Events)**

**Job Description of Outreach Intern (Events)**:

- Collaborate with the event management team to brainstorm, plan, and execute various social events.
- Assist in the designing and creation of captivating event collaterals using Canva, ensuring a cohesive brand image throughout.
- To help in managing event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget tracking using MS-Excel.
- To research latest event trends, venues, and suppliers and provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance event experiences.
- Assist in on-site event coordination, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
- To provide post-event analysis, gathering feedback and data to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.

**Job Specifications**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor or Master’s degree or a related field experience
- **Personality traits**: Ability to prioritize tasks, adaptability, & positive attitude.
- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Skills**: Market research, writing, event management, Public relations & communication.

**Deliverables at job**:

- Assist the outreach department with a wide range of projects related to day-to-day event operations and planning.
- Assembling materials for marketing brochures. Planning programming and logistics for openings and Members events.
- Gain firsthand knowledge about the premiere showpiece for many grassroots organizations — educating our members and business partners, and gain professional experience in communications, marketing, analytics, outreach, and event planning for a thriving organization.
