Aaditya Rentals is a growing car rental provider offering both ambient and refrigerated fleets for corporate and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on reliable service, flexible rental terms, and responsive support. We're looking to expand our market presence and are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Development
- Identify, approach, and close new clients for long-term and short-term vehicle rentals.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable fleet options and pricing.
- Generate, track, and convert sales leads from multiple channels (calls, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Marketing Activities
- Create and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract new leads.
- Manage listings on business directories, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, etc.
- Coordinate with designers to develop brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Help organize or participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events (if applicable).
- Client Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and rental requests.
- Maintain CRM records of all prospects, interactions, and conversions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new rental clients.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Provide weekly sales and marketing reports to management.
- Recommend pricing and service bundling strategies based on client feedback and competitor analysis.
- Work with leadership to set monthly sales targets and growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience (automotive, logistics, or rentals preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up discipline
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with refrigerated or fleet rental services
- Creativity in pitching and marketing rental packages
- Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
