**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Optimization**: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- **Production Planning**: Develop and execute production plans to meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to align production schedules.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure product quality by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.
- **Process Documentation**: Create and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics, identify trends, and generate reports. Use insights to make informed decisions and recommend process enhancements.
- **Project Management**: Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production efficiency, implementing new technologies, or expanding production capabilities. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Education Qualification -** Diploma /BE

**Experience - **3 to 6 Years
