**Responsibilities**:_
- **Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations**:

- **Plan, execute, and monitor production to meet daily targets**:

- **Coordinate procurement and track raw material movement**:

- **Oversee material recovery and inventory management**:

- **Maintain accurate employee attendance and salary records**:

- **Manage data entry and production documentation**:

- **Enforce discipline, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the shop floor**:

- **Report daily operational data to management**:

- **Lead and supervise a team of 10+ staff/workers**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
