Academian is a leading eLearning company specializing in creating high-quality educational content tailored for diverse learners worldwide. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team and contribute to our eLearning projects.

**Job Summary**:
As a Content Writer for eLearning projects, you will create, curate, and edit engaging, learner-focused content. This role requires a strong grasp of instructional design principles, excellent writing skills, and the ability to adapt content to meet the needs of different audiences and educational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Write, edit, and proofread learning materials, including lesson scripts, course content, assessments, and case studies.
- Create content that is accurate, engaging, and aligned with project goals and instructional design strategies.
- **Research & Collaboration**:

- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and graphic designers to develop comprehensive learning solutions.
- **Content Customization**:

- Adapt content to meet the specific needs of learners, considering language, tone, and difficulty level.
- Align content with eLearning formats like microlearning, gamification, or multimedia presentations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all content adheres to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
- **SEO & Accessibility**:

- Optimize content for eLearning platforms and search engines, if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG for inclusive learning experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably for eLearning or educational materials.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of curriculum development or instructional strategies.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation (video scripts, infographics, etc.).
- Understanding of educational psychology and learner engagement strategies.

Pay: ₹50,312.87 - ₹70,365.99 per month
