**Role Overview**

CodeQuotient is seeking passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML Trainers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Python, data handling, and deep learning frameworks, who are keen to share their knowledge and help learners build strong, industry-relevant AI/ML skills. **Principle Accountabilities**

In this role, you will:

- Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions on AI/ML concepts, including data handling, supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP.
- Deliver technical content on Python programming, NumPy, Pandas, and essential machine learning algorithms like SVM and decision trees.
- Guide learners through deep learning topics including ANN, CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
- Teach foundational NLP topics such as tokenization and sentiment analysis.
- Design and update training material—presentations, coding exercises, real-world projects, and assessments.
- Evaluate learner progress through coding challenges, assessments, and capstone projects, and offer constructive feedback.
- Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML tools, trends, and industry best practices.

**Key Technical Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong foundation in Python with practical experience using NumPy and Pandas
- Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms (e.g., SVM, Decision Trees etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of deep learning architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
- Understanding of NLP basics including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch for model development
- Passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple and engaging manner
- Comfortable speaking to groups and mentoring individuals
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms is a plus

**Qualification and Experience**

Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field1-3 years of experience in AI/ML training, development, or a related field (Open to fresh graduates with strong foundational skills and a passion for teaching)

Pay: ₹414,851.30 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
