We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and offering products or services. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, sales, and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Contact prospective customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales or potential clients.
- **Build Customer Relationships**: Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
- **Data Recording**: Record customer details, call outcomes, and feedback for follow-up and analysis.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
- **Customer Queries**: Address customer questions and resolve any initial concerns about the product or service.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Degree.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., Tamil and English].
- **Customer-Oriented**: Friendly and confident phone manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Ability to use MS Office and basic CRM software (training will be provided).
- **Goal-Driven**: Ability to work towards and meet daily and monthly targets.
