**Job Title: Physiotherapist - Lifestyle Management**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Live Fitness Sessions**: Lead virtual and/or in-person fitness classes tailored to various age groups and fitness levels, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
- **Design Personalized Exercise Programs**: Develop and implement customized exercise plans for clients with lifestyle-related conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and postural disorders.
- **Client Assessment**: Perform initial assessments of clients’ physical health, mobility, and fitness levels to identify key areas of concern.
- **Health Monitoring**: Regularly evaluate clients' progress and adjust exercise programs based on their individual needs and goals.
- **Education and Motivation**: Provide education to clients on the importance of physical activity, posture correction, and ergonomics to manage and prevent lifestyle diseases.
- **Collaborate with Other Health Professionals**: Work closely with nutritionists, lifestyle coaches, and wellness consultants to offer a holistic approach to lifestyle management.
- **Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation**: Identify potential risks during exercise and provide guidance on injury prevention techniques. Offer rehabilitation programs for clients recovering from injury or surgery.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of client progress and ensure timely updates of fitness plans and rehabilitation notes.
- **Client Communication**: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and motivation, ensuring a high level of engagement and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or equivalent.
- Licensed and certified to practice as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience in designing exercise programs for lifestyle diseases will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation.
- Experience in conducting group fitness sessions or personal training will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base, including individuals with chronic conditions.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
