Internal Auditor

_**We are hiring a Qualified CA (with minimum 1 Year post Qualification) for a renowned manufacturing company in Rudrapur/Haldwani in Uttarakhand.**_

**Duties/Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Well, verse experience in performing integrated audits.
- Demonstrated knowledge of internal audit for Plant / Manufacturing units.
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance standards and proven experience keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.
- Ability to use Excel, SAP and other advanced audit tools.
- Proven experience identifying problems and developing solutions (via core audit knowledge, and conceptual and analytical thinking) as well as established experience managing time, resources and projects.
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations
- effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Perform and monitor end to end audits to ensure operation effectiveness, financial reliability & compliance, with all applicable directions and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document process.
- Perform audit closing meetings with the process owners and senior management to obtain a risk aligned management action plan.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
- Prepare risk based Internal Audit plan and execute the Audits as per the plan with adequate resource utilization and within the timeframe.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
- Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
