A first-party collections job involves collecting payments on behalf of a company, and may include the following responsibilities:

- **Locating customers**: Using databases and software to find customers who have moved
- **Discussing debts**: Talking with customers about their debts and creating payment plans
- **Collecting payments**: Collecting payments by phone or direct debit
- **Negotiating settlements**: Accepting a percentage of the debt in exchange for settlement
- **Recording contacts**: Logging every contact attempt and its outcome
- **Updating records**: Removing settled debts and deceased individuals from records, and updating credit files
- **Starting legal proceedings**: Initiating legal action, such as repossession or foreclosure, when debts cannot be settled
- **Handling questions**: Responding to questions or complaints from customers
- **Investigating discrepancies**: Looking into and resolving discrepancies in accounts or payments
- **Preparing reports**: Creating reports on collection work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
