**The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting independent audits of the organization's internal processes and controls to assess risk, efficiency, and compliance with established policies and regulations. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actions to strengthen the organization's operations and financial integrity.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement audit programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct audits, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits, across various departments.
- Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Identify and document key risks and controls within the audited area.
- Perform risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk within the organization.
- Analyze processes and controls to identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, or non-compliance issues.
- Prioritize audit areas based on the level of risk and significance to organizational objectives.
- Prepare clear, concise, and detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
- Document all audit work accurately and completely to support audit findings and recommendations.
- Present audit findings to senior management and assist in the development of actionable plans to address identified issues.
- Track the progress of action plans developed to address audit findings.
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and are effective.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
- Work closely with departmental heads and team members to understand business processes and controls.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Act as a liaison between the internal audit department and external auditors or regulatory bodies.
- Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in internal auditing.
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain knowledge of auditing standards and techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:MBA or CA Inter.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and principles
