R&d Scientist

1. Suggest developing new product to R & D team from the experience gained in the execution of cold mix under different site conditions in different states to provide value added product for customer’s delight and to increase the sale support to S & M team.

2. Regularly involve conducting the test of FG and cold mix design using suitable BitChem cold mix binder, generate the test report and RCMD report as a reliever in absence of the QC Manager at BKC or the other manufacturing units or Knowledge Center situated in different state as per policy in the deputation system.

3. Undertake training program for the new team through approved guideline/document/literature/SOP and develop tools and machineries to build performance oriented team to deliver their service as per requirement

4. Regularly tracks field usage complaints and takes targeted approach to solve the complaint suggested by HOD.

5. Develop the reporting system through PPT, update and submit the report of completed project in set timeline.

6. Learn the manufacturing process of Lab Pilot plant accurately, develop new product as per timeline to meet the requirement of S & M team.

7. Develop cold mix marketing through WCD/Seminar/Demo and quality execution; share the sales & marketing information to HOD and S&M team. Support S&M team by providing approved BitChem Cold Mix specification required for SOR/DPR for road constructing agency in different states in India as per timeline

8. Regularly involve, IIT, state level engineers, internal team members, external technology providers to achieve necessary targets culminating into business.

9. Learn and understand the concept of cost analysis for cold mix & hot mix, prepare it as per requirement in the different states in India and submit as per set timeline.

10. Write and present research papers of BitChem’s work at national and international conferences.

11. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to thoroughly understand the chemical composition of BitChem’s emulsifiers.

Innovate and develop cost-effective additives for BitChem’s cold mix emulsions to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
