**Key Responsibilities**
- **Fee Collection and Management**:

- Handle fee collection from students, including tuition fees, examination fees, and other payments.
- Issue receipts for payments made and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding dues and communicate reminders to students or parents.
- Reconcile daily collections with the accounts team and submit reports as required.
- **Student Affairs Coordination**:

- Assist students in addressing their queries related to fees, scholarships, or concessions.
- Support students with documentation for fee payments, refunds, or adjustments.
- Coordinate with other departments for resolving student-related issues.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of student fee payments and outstanding balances.
- Generate periodic reports for the management on fee collection status and student dues.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures while handling financial data.
- **Communication and Assistance**:

- Act as a point of contact for students and parents regarding fee-related matters.
- Provide clear and accurate information about fee structures, payment schedules, and penalties for late payments.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions or workshops related to fee payment procedures.
- **Support for Student Affairs**:

- Help in addressing and resolving student grievances related to financial or administrative concerns.
- Collaborate with student services teams to ensure seamless student experiences.
- Participate in student-related events, orientations, and meetings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
