**SQL DBA (6-8 Years Experience)**

**Type**: Contractual / 6 months

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **SQL Database Administrator** with 6-8 years of expertise in managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale SQL databases across hybrid environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases.
- Monitor database performance, implement tuning, and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage backup/recovery, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
- Ensure database security, compliance, and user access management.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support deployments.
- Perform query optimization and manage large datasets efficiently.

**Required Skills**:

- 6-8 years of SQL Server DBA experience.
- Strong knowledge of **performance tuning, replication, clustering, indexing, and query optimization**.
- Experience with **Always On, log shipping, mirroring**.
- Hands-on with **PowerShell scripting & automation**.
- Familiarity with **cloud databases (Azure SQL / AWS RDS)** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
