- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES- 1. 5+ years of hands-on experience working in IBM P8 products such as FileNet/Content Navigator, Case Manager (BPM), DataCap.- 2. 3+ years of hands-on experience working in Java/J2EE development and implementation. Experience with JavaScript and HTML, although optional but will surely help.-
- 4. Addition knowledge of JAVA/J2EE and Web Services are required- 5. Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.- 6. Should be able to provide solutions to Business problems- 7. Able to lead the FileNet Development and Support Team.- 8. Able to interact with Business and other teams to get the requirement and work on solution-
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET- Must have : IBM P8 products such as Filenet/Content Navigator, Case Manager (BPM), DataCap.- Java/J2EE development and implementation. Experience with Javascript and HTML, although optional but will surely help.- Health plan/Healthcare knowledge and must have worked in Health plan projects.- Responsibilities- 1. Interacting with team members across time zone- 2. Having daily stand up to see the task progress, challenges, and completion- 3. Designing, coding, and implementing FileNet related solution- 4. Creating timelines and development goals.-
- 6. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.- 7. Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
