Key Responsibilities:
1. Payment Advisory & Bill Management:

- Knock off bills on a bill-wise basis and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Track outstanding dues over 45 days and send reminders to concerned portals.

2. Data Maintenance & Reporting:

- Maintain and update all party sales/purchase/credit notes in Excel sheets daily.
- Reconcile bill-to-bill data with Tally on a daily basis.
- Prepare weekly reconciliations of updated sheets with Tally balances every Saturday.

3. RTV Tracking:

- Monitor RTV (Return to Vendor) status against payment advisory.

4. Discount Tracking:

- Track promotional discount debit notes (DN) and verify their working accurately.

5. Tally and E-Invoicing Entries:

- Create Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) in Tally.
- Process e-invoices accurately as per requirements.

6. Monthly/Quarterly Accounting Activities:

- Maintain monthly TDS and TCS entries in Tally.
- Track sales of B2C and ensure TCS entries are correct.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements for B2B portals.

7. Commission and Collection Tracking:

- Maintain a record of the CPC commission of agents.
- Prepare and update the Outstanding File for the Collection Team.
- Check and verify the collection summary Excel sheet.

8. Reconciliation:

- Perform quarterly ledger reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce or accounts-related roles.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing processes.
- Soft Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
