We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production and Sales Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the manufacturing process and actively participating in sales activities. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Manufacturing**:

- Coordinate and oversee the production of women's garments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot any production issues to ensure smooth operations.

**2. Sales**:

- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
- Assist in selling women's garments through various channels, including online and offline.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales.

**3. General**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Contribute ideas to improve both production and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in garment manufacturing and/or sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and market dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Contract

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
