**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers identify their needs and provide product recommendations
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and send Quotes
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company services.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Support sales initiatives and meet sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift moderate weights (depending on the role's physical requirements).

**Additional Skills**:

- Knowledge of the company’s product range.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
