5 years' experience in Implementation & Integration of SAP Success factors.
- Experience in Employee Central (EC)Core, Leave Module, Knowledge & Competency Management and Compensation & Benefits module.
- Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.
- Create and maintain a report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from the HRIS system.
- Responsible for the development of ad hoc report requests to meet business requirements.
- Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, external partners and international teams
- Collaborate with HR teams around process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions.
- Should have hands-on experience in SuccessFactors integration with other 3rd Party tools.
- Experience in HRIS migration from Oracle/Workday to Success Factors.
