We are looking for Reliable and Responsible Individuals to join our team as Delivery Partners. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining our company's Reputation for Efficiency and Reliability.
- Safely transport goods and products to designated locations within specified timeframes.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring deliveries are made professionally and courteously.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations during all aspects of the job.
- Implement safety protocols for loading and unloading goods.
- Pick up orders from our warehouse or designated locations.
- Safely transport goods to customers' locations using the assigned mode of transportation (e.g., car, motorcycle, bicycle).
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of orders before delivery.
- Handle and load goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including greeting customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collect payments, if required, and issue receipts to customers.
- Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during deliveries to the appropriate supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
